The Elementary School's field trip to Drone Day at Clarion University, sponsored by PaTTAN, FTW Robotics, and PA Rural Robotics, was a resounding success. Under the supervision of Ms. Flaherty and Mrs. P. Pituch, 18 of our fourth grade students delved into a day filled with hands-on activities and collaborative learning to enhance their programming skills. The event featured friendly student-centered mini-challenges where students could showcase their skills and exchange ideas. Both students and teachers enjoyed learning together, with opportunities for networking with professionals in the CSinPA drones professional learning program. Additionally, participants explored ways to utilize Build Fly Code resources and materials effectively. Overall, it was an engaging and enriching experience for all involved.
