A Note from the High School Counselor

Hello! My name is Anne Conti. Previously, I worked at the Northwest Tri County Intermediate Unit (IU5) supporting school districts and counselors as they implemented their K-12 Career Education Plans. I ran multiple programs to help students explore their career options; some included UC students! Prior to that, I worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Allegheny College. Helping students figure out their post-secondary plans is a passion of mine. I can't wait to work with our students and support them during their time at the high school!

Former Student Transcript Requests

If you are a former student, an employer, or a background screening company wanting to verify high school information on an applicant and are in need of a transcript, please submit your request by fax or email to the following:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Name at the time of graduation (maiden name if applicable)

• Graduation Year

• Date of Birth

• Telephone number where you can be reached

• Instructions as to where and how the transcript should be sent
